Spring Break Therapy Camps

To register, parents/guardians must complete our Google Registration Form first. This helps us understand your child’s needs and recommend the most appropriate camp options. 

Not always. Camp spots are limited, and completing the form is the first step in the registration process.

Our team will review your child’s information and availability. Then, we will contact you with the best camp recommendations.

Our Camp Coordinator will contact you within 2 weeks of receiving your registration form to confirm:

• Which camps your child has been approved for
• Which camps your child has been waitlisted for (if applicable)

Children are expected to bring enough snacks and water for the camp day
 

To withdraw your child from camp, we require advance notice.

• Full refund: cancellations made 30 days before the start of the camp
• Late cancellations: cancellations made less than 30 days before the camp start date will be charged the full camp fee

Any absences during the registered camp week (for example due to illness) will still be billed in full.

We will do our best to accommodate late registrations; however, space is limited and availability cannot be guaranteed.

• Private Pay: fees are due upon registration
• AFU Clients: fees will be charged 29 days before the start of the camp
