 Parents fill out our online intake form with details about their child, goals, and areas of concern. This helps us understand your family’s needs from the start.

Our admin team and clinical staff review your form and match you with the right services and clinicians.

We schedule a meeting (in person or virtual) with you and one of our clinicians to learn more about your child, answer your questions, and explain our services.

Depending on the service, a formal assessment may be completed (e.g., behavioral, speech, or occupational assessment). This helps us set a clear baseline and identify goals.

Using the assessment results and family input, we design a personalized therapy plan that outlines goals, strategies, and recommended hours of service.

If your child has an ASD diagnosis and you receive Autism Funding, our team helps prepare and submit the Request to Pay (RTP) form to the Autism Funding Unit (AFU). This ensures your services can be billed directly to your funding.

We review the plan with you, making sure it fits your values, priorities, and schedule. Parents are active partners in shaping the plan.

Once the plan and RTP (if applicable) are approved, our scheduling team works with you to book regular sessions at times that work best for your family.

Your child begins therapy sessions with our clinicians, supported by ongoing parent collaboration.

We continuously track your child’s progress and adjust the therapy plan as needed. Parents receive regular updates and coaching so progress continues at home and school.
