Erin Bishop
Board Certified Behavior Analyst.  Erin has been working in the field of autism now for over 10 years.  In 2015 she attained her Masters of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and is now a Behavior Consultant.  She is inspired daily by the children we work with and their families!
Shantelle Soto

Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Co-owner.  Shantelle holds a B.A. degree in psychology, and a Masters of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis.  She is now a Behavior Consultant and has had over 9 years experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities and over 17 years working with children in other various capacities.  She is passionate about helping children and families reach their goals and aspirations!
Co-owner and interventionist.  Sandi has been working with children with Autism for over 19 years.  Her training began in the school system as Special Education Assistant and has continued to include a minor in Psychology and 6 years in the Autism Early Intervention Program through the Queen Alexandra Centre.  “While the training I have received has been exciting and practical it’s the children I have worked with from whom I have learned the most."  
Sandra Foster
Laura Forseth

Laura has been a part of the Stepping Stones team since 2012. She received her Masters in Counselling in 2012. She offers services for children and youth 4-18. Laura believes that each individual is the expert in his or her overall life, and that he/she can learn to solve problemss if supported.
Kezia Verasammy

Kezia is the scheduling coordinator and office administrator of Stepping Stones. Kezia joined Stepping Stones in September of 2017, relocating from London, England with a BSc degree in Psychology and Philosophy. She loves the family environment at Stepping Stones, working with a close-knit team and the day to day laughs and joy a normal day at Stepping Stones can bring!
